Any City of Paris resident or business owner may apply for appointment to a board or committee. The Mayor recommends appointments; the City Commission approves them.

When a value of real property changes from the previous year’s assessment, the Property Valuation Administrator sends the property owner a notice of change. The first step in appealing is to schedule a conference with the PVA or Deputy.
