Potholes, damaged street signs, sidewalk issues, streetlights, water leaks, main breaks, and downed lines: call or text Hometown Grid at 866-974-2110, 24 hours a day. You can also call City Hall at (859) 987-2110, and staff will report it for you.
Fallen tree, glass or debris, or anything blocking a City street? Call Public Works at (859) 987-2115. After hours, call (859) 987-2100, so an officer can help if needed until crews arrive.
