City Manager’s Statement:

        Careful planning has been an important element in Paris and Bourbon County maintaining so much charm and livability. As we work on our comprehensive plan, we have to look at every possible angle. We have created a climate of prosperity for Paris and Bourbon County. It’s taken a great deal of work. The county and the city have an excellent working relationship, and this spirit of cooperation has pervaded throughout the community.
